1. Acceptance of terms
When you access this website, send an enquiry, accept a quote, or instruct us to start a service, you accept these terms along with the applicable written quote, booking confirmation, service-specific conditions, and mandatory carrier or authority requirements.
2. Our role
Hyper Fast Deliverys coordinates logistics and may use independent carriers, agents, brokers, handlers, warehouses, and other qualified partners. Your accepted quote or booking confirmation defines the scope of our responsibility.
3. Quotes and bookings
Quotes reflect the information available when issued. They remain subject to capacity, route availability, carrier acceptance, fuel or security surcharges, exchange rates, duties, taxes, inspections, and final shipment details. A booking is confirmed only after acceptance and written confirmation.
Changes to weight, dimensions, contents, value, route, dates, collection conditions, delivery access, or paperwork may affect pricing and schedules.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for complete and accurate information, lawful goods, safe and suitable packaging, required permits and documents, correct contact details, and reasonable collection and delivery access. Declare dangerous, restricted, fragile, perishable, valuable, live-animal, or specially handled items before booking.
5. Prohibited and restricted items
We may refuse goods prohibited by law, regulations, sanctions, carrier rules, safety requirements, or route restrictions. Restricted goods may need advance written approval, specialist packaging, declarations, permits, or extra charges. Undeclared restricted or hazardous items may be refused, returned, stored, or otherwise handled for safety and compliance, at your cost where permitted.
6. Customs, duties, and authorities
Customs coordination does not guarantee release or any particular duty, tax, inspection, or processing result. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, importers and exporters remain responsible for accurate declarations, product compliance, licenses, duties, taxes, and responses required by the authorities.
7. Collection, delivery, and timing
Travel times and delivery windows are estimates unless a written service confirmation explicitly guarantees a deadline. Timing may be affected by weather, congestion, inspections, customs decisions, carrier changes, industrial action, security events, recipient availability, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8. Pet transport
Pet owners are responsible for veterinary advice, fitness-to-travel decisions, vaccinations, microchips, permits, approved crates, entry requirements, and accurate animal details. Carrier and authority approval is required for travel. Welfare or compliance concerns may lead us to recommend a different route or schedule.
9. Charges and payment
Payment is due under the terms shown on the quote or invoice. Extra charges may result from inaccurate shipment details, unsuccessful collection or delivery, storage, waiting, re-delivery, customs activity, inspections, duties, taxes, address changes, or services added after booking.
10. Loss, damage, and insurance
Applicable transport conventions, law, carrier terms, cargo type, and the agreed service scope may limit liability. Request suitable cargo or pet travel insurance before the journey. Record visible loss or damage at delivery and report it promptly with supporting documents.
11. Cancellations and changes
Changes or cancellations may incur charges once capacity, equipment, permits, handling, or partner services have been reserved. Any refund depends on costs already incurred and the relevant carrier or provider’s conditions.
12. Website use
Website material is general information and may change without notice. Misuse, unauthorized access, interference with the site, unlawful submissions, and reproduction of protected content without permission are not allowed.
13. Governing requirements and disputes
The mandatory laws and transport conventions relevant to the contracting entity, route, service, and place of performance apply. Contact us first about concerns so we can review the booking records and supporting evidence and attempt a resolution.
